Return is provided
by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option
of exchange, replacement, and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers
to you.
Our Return and
Exchange Policy offers no return of goods once delivered. If you choose to
exchange the item for reason of a mismatch of product or receipt of a defective
or expired item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of
cost. However, an exchange is subject to the availability of the product in our
stock.
Refund
Policy:
A refund will
be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing an order.
(If the product is damaged, Duplicate or quantity varies).
The return will
be processed only if:
1) It is
determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
2) The product
is not different from what was shipped to you
3) The product
is returned in its original condition
4) Customer
must take an unboxing video.
In case of
receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer
Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has
checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within
48 hours of receipt of the products.
In case you
feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your
expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24
hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into
your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
NOTE: If you
have done an online payment and you are canceling the order, the payment
gateway charge of 3% and the courier charge (Forward + Return) will be deducted
from your refund amount. If you have ordered and the product is in transit
(shipped) we will charge 3% and courier charge (Forward + Return) from you.
It’s your
responsibility to take out a print of the manifest that Twor Mart provides
while returning the product.

OR raise a ticket OR apply for a refund request from the website/app with your
purchase details within seven (7) days of your purchase.
Please include
your order number (sent to you via email/message after ordering) and optionally
tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very
seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
Refunds are
being processed after the customer support team validates and analyzes the issue,
but it will only show in your bank account only when the product comes back to the
hub. Once the refund is processed, we will intimate you through EMAIL and SMS
with the refund transaction details.
To complete
your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not
send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
The refund is
only possible if the product is unused, undamaged, and with the original
packaging and with the receipt and the invoice. Only when the product will
reach the premises, we will refund you your amount as decided.
NOTE: For a refund, the name of the customer must
be the same as the registered (Twor Mart) account name and bank account name,
Customer must send a cheque photo or passbook photo for a refund with Adhaar
Card or PAN card.

Seed
germination depends on the soil, atmosphere, fertilizers, watering, etc. Twor
Mart never claims about seeds germination and harvesting and so a refund is not
possible for seeds.
No Warranty on
Live Plants as Growing, flowering, and fruiting are subject to So many climatic
conditions like Air, Kind of soil, water, humidity, and temperature beyond our
control.
Kindly note
that refund will be made only after a proper investigation of the whole
scenario by our special team.

the right to change or update the terms and conditions at any time with or
without any prior notice. To make sure you are always updated on the terms and

Disputes shall

The following
EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:
1. All items to
be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with
all original labels and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered
with.
2. Exchanges
are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our
logistics team.
5. If you
choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any
loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you
use a reliable courier service.
6. Perishable
goods such as seeds and flowers cannot be returned, if the packet is opened or
damaged.
To complete
your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not
send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if
applicable)
Once your
return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that
we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund.
If you are
approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically
be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10
Working days.
Late or
missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t
received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact
your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is
officially posted.
Next, contact
your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
(if applicable)
We only replace
items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same

Governing
Law:
These terms
shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India
without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in
relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at
Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Shipping
To return your
product, you should mail your product to the seller’s address, you will be
responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return
shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on
where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you,
may vary.
